Qbinn Tusker sits at the edge of Jawalagiri forest. And occasionally, in the early hours, a tusker appears at the boundary. Not staged. Not scheduled. Just the wild, doing what it does — reminding you where you are.
That's what we named this place for. Not the architecture, not the awards — though A+D Magazine did recognise us in their December edition among the Top 25 Reflections. We named it for the feeling of sitting on your terrace at dawn, tea in hand, and realising you're sharing the morning with something ancient and unhurried.
Sangeet and Anjali have been here from the beginning. Our resident caretaker couple — the ones who remember how you take your chai, who make sure dinner is ready when you want it, and who our guests ask about long after checkout. The hospitality here isn't a service. It's personal.

The Setting
Just an hour's drive south of Bangalore, tucked inside a managed farmland at the edge of Jawalagiri forest. Bonfire nights, barbecue, karaoke, indoor and outdoor games — and yes, the Wi-Fi works. The city feels very far away, even though it isn't.
The Architecture
Seven shipping containers, reimagined into a 3-bedroom villa that A+D Magazine named among India's Top 25 Reflections. A private pool facing the ornate facade. An open-sky jacuzzi. Teak, steel, and forest light — built to feel extraordinary without trying to announce it.
Sangeet & Anjali
Our resident caretaker couple. They remember how you take your chai, have dinner ready when you want it, and leave you alone when you don't. Guests talk about them long after checkout — more than the pool, more than the views.
